Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed with revID for custom stainless-steel signage. By placing an order through our website or via direct communication, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Nature of Product

All revID products are custom-made to order based on customer specifications, including but not limited to house numbers, street names, sizes, finishes, and layouts. As such, each product is unique and manufactured specifically for the customer.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and may be subject to change based on material costs, design complexity, and size. Quotes are valid for a limited period and may be revised if material prices fluctuate.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront before production begins. Production will only commence once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Where an instalment payment option is offered through our payment gateway, selecting and committing to an instalment plan is considered full payment for the purposes of these terms. Production will proceed once the instalment plan has been successfully initiated and the first payment confirmed.

5. Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs (where applicable) before production. revID will not be held liable for errors (e.g. spelling, layout, sizing) once approval has been given.

6. Manufacturing Tolerances

All products are manufactured using laser cutting processes and may have minor tolerances (typically ±0.5 mm). Material finishes and colour tones may vary slightly due to the nature of stainless steel.

7. Lead Times

Standard production lead time is approximately 5–11 working days, depending on workload and order complexity. Lead times may vary and will be communicated where necessary.

8. Delivery & Installation

Delivery fees (if applicable) will be communicated prior to final order confirmation. revID is not responsible for installation unless explicitly agreed in writing.

9. Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of revID until full payment has been received.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and concepts created by revID remain the intellectual property of revID unless otherwise agreed.

11. Limitation of Liability

revID shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of its products.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
